Returns & Exchanges

We want to make you a happy customer.

Our goal is to make you a happy customer that keeps coming back to The Wet Shaving Club.

To return an item:

  • All returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized by a WCS representative. Contact us at Contact@Wetshavingclub.com to get pre-authorization and to receive your return instructions.
  • To obtain your refund, the item must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase, in new, unused condition (for sanitary purposes), in the original packaging, same condition as sold, with tamper-proof seals unbroken, if present, and with all literature and factory seals in place.  All orders returned within 30 days will receive a refund via original payment method.

Returns Policy:

  • You are responsible for shipping charges to return the item, with exception of damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped items.
  • Pack the item(s) you are returning in a secure fashion to avoid damage up on return. Include the return documentation sent to you when you received your pre-authorization for the return.  Ship the item only to the address provided to you.
  • After we receive, inspect, and process your return, a refund (less shipping) will be issued within 5 business days of receipt.
  • All Sale/Clearance items are final sales, no returns can or will be made. 
  • For your protection, insure the package and ship via a traceable method. WCS is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Defective, damaged or incorrect items

If you received a damaged or defective item from us, or a wrong item, you are responsible for notifying us with in 2 days of receipt.
